restart 		Difference Between CB and CR Connector Types

CB (CA-Bayonet): Made in accordance with German military specification VG 95 234 and MIL-C-5015. Originally designed for NATO combat vehicles, aircraft and airborne equipment, these rugged connectors are now widely used in a broad range of demanding commercial applications from trucks to industrial robots.

CR (CAR-Bayonet): A variation of the CB product line that uses a rail industry standard contact design that allows the user to freely interchange CAR contacts with those of other rail connector manufacturers. If contact interchangeability with competive connectors is not essential in your application, use CB.
