The MIL-DTL-38999 Hermetic Connector is an ideal choice for high-pressure/low leakage applications in air, sea and space environments. Glenair is on the Qualified Product List (QPL) for all families of MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III and IV Hermetic Connectors. We offer the entire range of wall mount, jam-nut mount, solder mount and box mount receptacles in all the standard shell sizes and insert arrangements. The D38999 hermetics are qualified on both the pin and socket versions.

Glenair Micro Connectors

Glenair's Microminature TwistPin products feature a unique low force, rugged spring pin recessed into the insert to prevent contact damage. Epoxy sealing and interfacial seals provide environmental protection. The 3 amp contact system can be terminated to #24 through #30 AWG insulated wire. Liquid crystal polymer insulators and machined aluminum connector bodies withstand up to 200° C operating temperature for demanding environments such as encountered in geophysical exploration.

Commonly supplied as pre-wired assemblies, these connectors feature a precision four-indent crimp joint for outstanding reliability. Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, Microminature TwistPin products are adaptable to a variety of unique packaging needs. These connectors are part of Glenair's complete solution, including Micro-D Sav-Con connector savers, Micro-D aluminum and composite backshells, mounting hardware and custom cable assemblies.
