Glenair Micro Miniature

Glenair's Microminature TwistPin products feature a unique low force, rugged spring pin recessed into the insert to prevent contact damage.

Epoxy sealing and interfacial seals provide environmental protection. The 3 amp contact system can be terminated to #24 through #30 AWG insulated wire.

Liquid crystal polymer insulators and machined aluminum connector bodies withstand up to 200° C operating temperature for demanding environments such as encountered in geophysical exploration, satellite communications and medical diagnostics.

Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, Microminature TwistPin products are adaptable to a variety of unique packaging needs.

Cinch Micro Miniature

Cinch’s family of Dura-Con connectors include MIL-DTL-M83513 series connectors (MIL-0C-83513) along with their own commercial equivalent version, offering a range of terminations and hardware options for all-plastic and metal shell wire versions with right angle and straight PC board mount. PEI-Genesis can customize this product for you to create the precise interface and mounting options you need.

ITT Cannon Micro Miniature

Very small, high density interconnect in eight shell styles with 9 to 100 circuits. MDM connectors incorporate Cannon's twist pin contact for demanding digital applications including medical, instrumentation and satellite systems. The twist pin is reliable even in high vibration situations and are designed for 500+ mating cycles.

ITT Cannon micro miniature connectors from PEI-Genesis include straight and right angle PCB styles, prewired cables cut to your precise length, as well as stain relief or overmolded bodies in commercial, space and military MIL-DTL-83513 versions.

MDM Connectors will operate from -55^oC to +125^oC. ITT Cannon invented and patented the original Micro-D connector and the ultra-high reliability twist pin contact system it uses. With the expiration of the patents, others have now copied their design, but ITT Cannon is still the technology leader and has the broadest line of Micro-D connectors. PEI-Genesis builds and customizes Micro-D connectors for ITT Cannon from a multi-million component inventory and ships in 48 hours..
