THE OMEGA ADVANTAGE

The C48 Series (MIL-C-26500/BACC 45 & 63 (Omega) Series) describes a family of connectors qualified to MIL-C-26500. While maintaining the MIL-C-26500 mating interface, this product has also been expanded to include qualifications to numerous Boeing specifications to satisfy general purpose requirements and unique product challenges for shielding, environmental sealing, fluid resistance, and vibration. The expanded CINCH C48 product family offers numerous product options qualified to Boeing high performance requirements and product solutions developed for alternate terminations styles/low-profile packaging. Part number variants include the following prefixes: Boeing callouts BACC45 & BACC63, MIL callout MS2426X, and CINCH commercial callout C48, C0909A, CN0966B, CN0966A, CN0967C, CN1020A AND CN1021A.

CINCH MIL-DTL-26500/BACC (OMEGA) SERIES FEATURES

  • High-Reliability
    MS2426_ style connectors are used in some of the most rigorous environments and must perform flawlessly under wide temperature ranges, high vibrations and be resistant to a vast array of contaminants.

  • Coupling Types
    These connectors have a threaded and bayonet coupling types for high vibration and quick disconnect applications.

  • Mounting Styles
    The square flange or single hole mount receptacles offer various methods to mount connectors in small areas.

  • Material and Sealing
    These connectors are constructed of lightweight aluminum and environmentally sealed for the fluid resistance.

  • Operates at Extreme Temperatures
    These connectors operate in temperatures from -85°F to +392°F (-65°C to +200°C).

  • MIL-DTL-26500 Approved
    MS2426_ are fully-intermatable and intermountable with all other manufacturer’s MIL-DTL-26500 connectors.
