   Ever since the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
   Directive was adopted by the European Union over 11 years ago,
   it’s continued to grow as a standard in the electronics industry
   to restrict the use of dangerous substances. This is driving
   more environmentally conscious interconnect application
   design increasing demand for compliant platings, such as:
