PEI-Genesis now offers Artesyn Embedded Technologies’, formerly Emerson Network Power's Embedded Computing & Power business, LCM1500 Bulk Front End AC-DC Single Output Power Supplies. The LCM1500 2U power supply provides a low-cost solution to industrial, military, entertainment and medical applications with single output power requirements. The LCM1500 utilizes a smart fan for self-contained thermal management at very low acoustic noise levels. Digital DSP software control allows for a high-level of modification flexibility. Voltage output for the series ranges from 10.8V - 52.8V at a continuous output power of 1500W. The efficiency of the LCM1500 is greater than 91 percent at full load (230 Vac nominal input), and is at least 80 percent at all loads higher than 25 percent. The LCM1500 also provides an optional 5V Standby and many optional I/O configurations. The -40°F (-40°C) to 158°F (70°C) operation ratings and 2.4" x 5" x 10" (61 x 127 x 254 mm) enclosed form factor make the LCM perfect for rugged, non-environmental applications where the unit will be mounted to bulkheads and sheets of metal.
