How do I get a copy of my Invoice? Log into MyPEI using your username and password. Choose MY ACCOUNT at the top pf the screen. Choose View My Invoices on left menu. You can enter optional selections to narrow your search. Hit the Start search button. A list of your selected invoices will appear. Near the top of the page is a gray box titled Request a PDF copy.
Edit the email address if necessary and hit the Go button. A copy of your invoice will be sent to the email address in the box. To log out of Invoice search, just choose Home from the top menu.
What if I have questions about my order? The status of your order is always available on MyPEI. Once you are logged in, select the MY ACCOUNT option at the top of the screen. Choose “View My Orders”. Use the optional selection criteria to find your order and view delivery status and shipper tracking numbers. How do I return goods to PEI-Genesis? Over 70% of the items we sell are assembled to order from component parts in two highly automated factories. Although we sell millions of products annually, there are surprisingly few of these mass-customized items that are sold to multiple customers. As a result, most of our products are technically non-returnable unless the item is defective in some way due to our error. We value your business and we will make every reasonable effort to allow you to return items that you feel are unusable. To return a product please contact your local branch sales office or our Corporate Headquarters and request an RMA Number. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER ISSUED BY PEI-GENESIS. We will need the following information:
