Our US assembly facility is located in South Bend Indiana on a beautiful 23 acre campus. The building was completed in August 2007 and is eat-off-the floor clean, functional, and an architectural showcase. Currently configured with 150,000 square feet of production and component warehousing, the building is expandable to 400,000 square feet.

Our facility was created in a design collaboration between our Production team and the architect. It was designed from the inside out – literally wrapping the curved structure around our automated flow process. Underground conveyor systems deliver connector components to our automated work cells, and our innovative TOC flow process enables our insanely dedicated people to assemble high mix low volume connector orders with unrivaled speed - 48 hours or less.

Our South Bend facility is a tribute to our amazing South Bend workforce who have made us the fastest assembler of connectors in the world.

Five Day Turnaround on Modified Standard Power.

Our Power assembly facility is a 40,000 square foot clean-room style facility located in Bensalem Pennsylvania, a few miles north of our Philadelphia Headquarters. We assemble high efficiency medical and industrial power products that are used in diverse applications across many industries. Some of the products in our portfolio include wall mount and desktop power supplies, external battery chargers, configurable power supplies, LED power supplies and a wide array of both AC/DC and DC/DC open frame power supplies. Our facility has comprehensive safety certifications such as UL, VDE, PSE and is also ISO 9001-2008 certified. We have on site capabilities such as engineering support, overmolding, custom printing, in house tool design and value added assembly. Fast response and on time delivery are our normal practice, not the exception.

Our Power team uses the same proven model that we pioneered for connectors. We hold a large inventory of components and subassemblies and then use proprietary equipment and processes to build your precise power product right here in the USA, faster than anyone else in the world.
