More Information About Configurable Power Supplies

PEI Genesis provides configurable power supplies that meet the demanding requirements of all industries. The stringent space requirements (1U) of the communications industry, the rigorous demands of the industrial electronics and automation sector, and the military COTS (commercial off the shelf), often harsh environment demands are no problem for the XGen series of configurable power supplies. These configurable power supplies are ideal in applications such as Base Stations, Wireless Communications equipment, Test & Measurement, Printing, Industrial Lasers and Optical Inspection equipment just to name a few.

These configurable power supplies carry full safety approvals of EN60950 and UL60950 and are CE marked. Their 1U x 260mm x 127mm and 1U x 260mm x 89mm compact size, along with efficiencies of up to 90% and a power density of 16W/in3 make them an obvious choice for space constraint high performance applications.

Ultra high efficiencies and high power density are made possible through the combination of low loss technologies and the best field-proven technologies in planar magnetics and surface mount electronics. Significantly increased efficiency reduces system thermal load by more than 50%
