PEI-Genesis Zhuhai Factory Adds Amphenol Amphe-Lite Product Line

Zhuhai, China -- (Feb.26, 2019) PEI-Genesis, a global leader in the design and assembly of custom engineered connectors and cable solutions, has announced its the expansion of its value-add partnership with Amphenol.
Recently, PEI-Genesis has been authorized to value-add Amphenol's Amphe-Lite Connector Series at its Zhuhai, China manufacturing facility to expand its product and assembly capabilities. The Amphe-Lite series are lightweight, small size, high density, and high reliability connectors. It exceeds MIL-DTL-38999 Series III requirements. This series is suitable for harsh environments and are common in applications like test equipment, factory automation, diesel engines, aircraft, ships and small signal base stations.
The Amphenol Amphe-Lite Connector Series offers excellent EMI shielding capabilities, can provide plating endurance from salt spray exposure for a minimum of 2000 hours and is IP67 rated when mated. These products are RoHS compliant, and meet Reach and UL certification standards. With PEI-Genesis’ rapid assembly and engineering design capabilities, the Amphe-Lite production line will continue to grow.
