Amphenol High Voltage Coupler Outlet (HVCO) IP55 connectors are used primarily in hybrid and electric vehicles. Able to withstand 10,000 mating cycles and environmentally sealed to IP55 standards when mated, HVCO connectors are a durable connector solution for battery charging in HEV applications.

Amphenol HVCO IP55 Connectors feature a thermoplastic shell, sealing gasket made of rubber or silicon rubber and high-current RADSOK® contacts. With operating ambient temperature of -30°C to 50°C, HVCO connectors are compliant with IEC-62196-2 and IEC-61851-1, and both actuator and solenoid locks are available. Ideal for applications such as: eMobility, HEV, power and signal, power management, and transportation.
