POWERMOD® PSX CONNECTOR SERIES (UP TO 60 AMPS)
The PowerMod® PSX family of connectors is designed to offer low profile, high density, board to board blindmate connectors that provide either power contacts or power and signal contacts, and is perfect for when board space is at a premium and overall mating heights must be minimized. The high performance power contacts and housings are rated up to 60 amps. The signal contacts are rated up to 1 amp (ratings per UL1977). The power connector family is available in 2, 4, 6 and 8 contact configurations. Both versions offer male connectors in vertical and right angle configurations and a vertical female configuration to deliver support for coplanar, backplane or mezzanine connections.
The Power and Signal connector family offers housings that contain either 2 or 4 power contacts combined with either 24 or 80 signal contacts. Both the power and the power and signal product lines offer male and female connectors in vertical and right angle configurations and are ideal for power connections to embedded AC/DC power supplies or for board-to-board connections in servers, storage enclosures and communications equipment.
