The Amphenol PowerLok™ series consists of G1 & G2 and is designed to be a compact, robust and cost-effective interconnect solution with RADSOK^® technology for EV and HEV applications. It is available as a field assembly connector, however there are assembled or overmoulded options available.

PowerLok™ G1 connectors are up to 1000V, have environmental sealing, 360 ° shielding and can range from 70A-500A with HVIL. Further options include multiple keys being available, straight and right-angle configurations and up to 3 power circuits.

PowerLok™ G2 connectors are up to 1500VDC and have an operating current between 60A and 600A. The series offers a quick-locking feature with CPA (connection position assistance), grey zinc plating with 500 hours salt spray and multiple keying and/or configuration options. Powerlok™ G2 has a protection rating of IP67-IP6K9K in mating condition and IP2X in unmated condition.

These connectors are used in a diverse range of applications such as:
